Health

Health & wearables

Blood tests, WHOOP, Fitbit and Apple Watch, side by side on your Mac.

The health dashboard

Open it from the heart in the panel's footer, the menu bar menu, or by asking. It shows today's readiness, your blood work at a glance, 30 days of sleep, heart and activity, and every lab value against its range and its history.

“Open my health dashboard”“Show my LDL trend”“How did my vitamin D change?”

Blood tests

Drag a report onto the dashboard, click Add blood test, or just save it to Downloads — Orbix notices lab reports there on its own. PDFs and photos both work, in English or Italian. Orbix reads each value, unit and reference range on your Mac and keeps them, so the next report is compared with this one.

Connecting WHOOP

  1. Sign in at developer-dashboard.whoop.com (create a Team if it asks) and click Create App.
  2. Under Scopes, select offline, read:recovery, read:cycles, read:sleep, read:workout and read:profile.
  3. In Redirect URIs, enter exactly http://localhost:8789/whoop
  4. Save, then paste the app's Client ID and Client Secret in Settings → Health and click Connect WHOOP.

Connecting Fitbit

  1. Sign in at dev.fitbit.com/apps/new and fill in the name and website fields (any website works).
  2. Set OAuth 2.0 Application Type to Personal and Default Access Type to Read Only.
  3. In Redirect URL, enter exactly http://localhost:8789/fitbit
  4. Register, paste the OAuth 2.0 Client ID in Settings → Health, and click Connect Fitbit.

Apple Watch and Apple Health

On your iPhone, open the Health app, tap your picture, then Export All Health Data, and AirDrop export.zip to your Mac. Drop it on the dashboard (or click Apple Health). Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, Amazfit and most other watches sync into Health, so they come in this way too.

Privacy

Health data is stored on your Mac and is never shared with your other AI apps — not even when you connect them to Orbix's memory. Orbix shows the values and ranges printed on your reports; it isn't medical advice.
